We brought back our annual Under 18's Battle of the Bands this year after a covid hiatus and it was bigger than ever thanks to the Inner West Council's Arts Project grant which we were awarded in 2022 for the production and presentation of new work, creative partnerships and significant multi artform projects to benefit the communities of the Inner West.

As well as reviving our BOTB's comp we also held a free symposia titled Music Biz 101 - A conversation about getting started in the industry, hosted by Robbie Buck, which you can watch here.

A massive 12 bands got the opportunity to battle it out in a real gig atmosphere on the main stage at the club and each band was able to chat with our judges afterwards, getting real feedback on there set as well as having a dedicated green room to mingle in with all of the other bands thus forming important musical and social connections with other muso's their age.
