The PBC Spring fair is an annual event that occurs in September each year. To mark the beginning of spring we bring in a baby animal petting zoo and engage local artisans to come and celebrate the change of season with us.
This year we'll have Condimental returning, Sydney's finest preservers with their Seasonal pickles, preserves, spicy chilli oils and more. They'll be judging the homemade pickle competition and there's plenty of prizes to be won with the guess the pickles in the jar competition.
Orange's finest Badlands Brewery will be slinging beers and helping judge our home brew beer competition! Enter your darks, pales, lagers and everything else for a chance to win some fantastic prizes and gain the glorious title of being Best in brew!
Our local makers market will see the likes of Stof Studios, Inner West Tool Library, Liz Lau, Outer Island, Sydney Bird Club, Wattle and Bee selling their beautiful creations and the outdoor bar will be on with delicious fresh spring brews!
